Servin' the City

City Serve was a blast! We went to Mesa Verde Health Care Center, where we had the chance to play games and perform karaoke with the residents. The elderly ladies were so cute, joking around with us and telling us stories. We enjoyed their company...and I'm pretty sure they enjoyed ours. It was a great way to learn from and reach out to the community. Thanks to all of you who showed up!

Parade of Quads

This Wednesday at 7:00pm judges will be traveling to our quads to judge them. So if there is any last minute decorating that you would like to do you only have a couple of days to do it. Put your finishing touches on your quad and let the judging begin!

You are girls are amazing! like 99% of our floor showed up....great turnout! I loved your enthusiasm and your old school outfits...it's going to be a great year!

Peace Painting

Peace Painting this Tuesday (Sept. 9th) @ 9:00pm in quad 401!

I have two large hanging canvases where we will paint our idea of peace. It's a time for you to be creative while contemplating your idea of God's peace and what that means for you. We will hang these canvases in our 2 quads as decoration for Parade of the Quads which is coming up in about a week. Bring any supplies that you want. I will have paint, brushes, the large canvases, and extra paper to paint on. Let's decorate our quads with our own peace paintings!

Fun at $2 Night!

$2 Night was a blast! We went and saw Iron Man and grabbed some golden spoon and in-n-out afterwards. Iron Man was entertaining...Caylin thought it was a war movie for the first 20 min and was about to walk out. She eventually realized it was a superhero/comic movie and was blown away by Robert Downey Jr.'s physique. Rite Aid ice cream didn't sound very enticing so we decided to spend a little more than two dollars for some quality froyo and animal style fries. All to say the night was a blast! Can't wait for the next one!

$2 Night!

This Friday (Sept. 5) is $2 Night! We'll be going to the dollar theater which now is the two dollar theater thanks to inflation....and then we'll go to get rite aid ice cream which is a little under $2! We'll be meeting at 6:30 in quad 401. Invite your friends and we'll head off to our cheap night of fun!

Taco Tuesday!

Join the floor every Tuesday for tasty tacos! We'll be going to different taco joints. from Great Mex to Taco Mesa, to enjoy $1 Tacos every week!!!
